We recognize that not everyone has the time or inclination to commit to participating in a workgroup, which has a higher commitment of time expectation, However, there will be plenty of activities that individuals can participate in especially as the weather turns nicer and the November elections approaches. We encourage you to participate in ways and at the level that suits your life now.

Advocacy & Activism: This group focuses on the various ways to advocate and become an activist for issues, legislation, nominations, candidates and other important topics. Activities may include phone calling, letter writing, in person advocacy, rallies, research and tracking candidates and elected politicians. Communications and Social Media: This group focuses on shaping the narrative and communicating effectively to inform, educate and persuade people to vote for candidates in local, state and national elections – and advocate for key issues particularly outside of our “echo chambers”. The group uses social media, traditional media and all other relevant channels to disseminate and amplify messages, with priority given to broadening to a younger audience. Survey Link
