When Seniors Unite — We All Win
We the Seniors is an alliance of grassroots senior activist groups and individuals united to speak with one strong voice against policies and injustices affecting older Americans.
We work to inform and educate on the issues seniors care about, with the ultimate goal of electing candidates who share our values. While we believe the Democratic Party best supports these priorities, we welcome seniors of all political affiliations to join us in this fight.

This moment requires more… It’s bigger than all of us individually. We need a bigger megaphone and that’s what We the Seniors is doing.
/ In The Media!
In August Judy Loeb and Mary Mulvihill were interviewed by the Sag Harbor Express in Long Island about We the Seniors
What started as a small group of liberal senior citizens gathering locally in an effort to nudge the political needle to the left is on the cusp of possibly turning into a nationwide senior advocacy group. “I was retired and bored and asking myself what should I do,” said Mary Mulvihill of North Haven, who organized Seniors Taking Action about six years ago with Judy Loeb of East Hampton. “We started with about 15 people writing postcards — and now we have 1,400 members.”
Seniors Taking Action is now part of a nationwide coalition of organizations that will operate under the name We the Seniors. The coalition includes 35 groups across the country and is expecting to add three more shortly, according to Loeb. “We are hearing from more and more people who want to connect with us,” she said.
